Green team started off with Shade, took out Illhoof with ease. Chess was next on the list, followed by Prince. Nightbane was struck down and his ruined carcass smoked on the castle platform banished. The last to feel the sting of the Green Team was Netherspite was then banished.
Blue team started their raid off with a not-so-friendly game of Chess followed by Prince. Nightbane was then sent packing, Illhoof suffered an ill fate then the dreaded Netherspite who caught a nasty case of death...
One might ALMOST feel some sympathy for these bosses....as they faced the combined might of not one but two teams from the one guild.
Congratulations to both teams, you have shown your worth beyond a doubt. Let it be known to all that the BURNING DRAGOONS are tearing it up. HOO-HAA!!
ALL UR RAID ARE BELONG TO US!!

The very presence of this beast was enough to cause despair and fear into the hearts of many of the combatents, but they proved their worth and held their own after a brief moment of fear. It was obvious from the begining that this hellish demon wanted only to rain doom down upon us in the ways it knew best.
A brief recount of the battle included a very charitable pug from Muzzlelf, Aldrans better half, who respecced to boomkin to aid us in the battle. Group fears, groups of skeletons, and a very dead goon, after aggroing the dragon by self medicating with bandages. A few brave souls paid with their lives but the greater good was achieved.
Those who attended the eventual but victorious slaying of the demon known as NightBane were:
Daegorodne and Cabzy weilding their fierce swords
Aldran yeilding the mysterious powers of Ice and Arcane magiks
Darkrobin and her DoT's and other shadow magic
Kloepta and his stealthy backstab attacks and bonecrushing daggers
Muzzelf the boomkin unleashing the wrath of nature
Anareye with his mighty Bow
2 Pally healers, the infamous Rudugger, myself, Fal, and Xof the Tree druid driven by the healing powers of nature.

The World bosses known as Lethon, and Taerar met an untimely, but some say well deserved demise today after a special task force of the Burning Dragoons paid them a visit
The brave battle weary soldiers stood against unspeakable odds as they tanked, dpsed, healed and dotted the holy hell out of these monstrous beasts. Lives were lost, but they died with honor.
The Brave combatants at the Battle of Bough Shadow, and Seradane were as follows:
Daegorodne, Ournightelf, Darkrobin, Kolius, Jadiria, Zorbax, Mallaleah, Riok, Lequtis, Staris, Xaata, Freyjaa, Rudugger, Siannon, Forlana, Kloepta, Anything, Gargoyle, Aldran, Feorath, Xof, Pelor, Gamias as well as the two extras we had, Hildegard and Jindell. Of course all pets and demons are thanked as well.
There were photographers present at the scene of the battle, so expect images to follow.
A special note goes out to Staris...who seemed to take a few more hits than most...
Great tanking by Daeg, and a special thanks to Ourn for making it happen, lots of fun.

Hello All!
As we all know this website can help us in-game by answering our questions regarding guild topics, class information, online resources etc.
I truly beleive the best thing that this site has to offer, is the ability to organise guild social events, instance runs and raids, using the event calender.
I would like to encourage ALL Dragoons to think about what instance runs they really want / need to do -- use the calender as a resource to drum up interest.. Please feel free to create an event and make a night or day of it with your fellow goons. We don't wish to have disappointed goons coz they can't find people to instance with them.
We are happy for everyone to use the Calender and with people having social and work commitments as well as WOW in their lives, shouting out "who wants to do Uldaman!" on the same night you wish to do the run, does not always get a good result.
All toons can sign up to events - although make sure that you have an appropriate level. Signing up is important for the organiser and so that you don't miss out due to an abundance of a particular class or too many toons.
As always have fun, and try to actively use this site to enhance your enjoyment of this guild and WOW.
Cheers Rudugger.
Thank you to all the helpers who not only kept with the spirit but also went above the call of duty, to assist our fellow goons, and make sure all were included.
A summary of the night:
I got my buddy Lang killed in a wave of Naga; "nothing a little rez wont fix". 4 bars of xp at lvl 62 + honoured with Cenarion was a fantastic result for the night. Rudugger is happy with the vengeance taken out on some nasty elites in Zanga.
Bell and Zorbax accesorised. A new tailored outfit and some skillfully crafted jewellery was greatly appreciated. Zorbax turned even more evil then before, learning the warlock craft from the best; Rudugger is convinced that Zorb has changed ever since.
Dunny and Frey stormed toward a coveted 70 ding; while 70 was not reached a few notches were gained, and both of them went above and beyond by teaming up to help other troubled goons.
Zal and Nua headed off to brave the wild.
Forlana took Evenstar (our newly respec'd evil priest) for a stroll down memory lane smiting anything in their path.
Special thanks go to Kloe, Straris and Riok who came in to pick up the lost and help those who missed out on the initial meeting.
I hope I haven't missed anyone, if I have I apologise.
You all represented why we are a fantastic guild and family; I was reminded of why I joined Burning Dragoons in the first place and also reminded of how fun this game can be when we are all involved in something so great.
Thanks All.
Rudugger.

I have just established a Google Group for ALL current and former members of Burning Dragoons.
No matter where you are and what you do, please sign up and keep in contact.
The address is http://groups.google.com.au/group/burningdragoons
For symbols I propose this symbol ranking for the order of kill:
SKULL: Kill this first
Red X: This is second to kill, also assigned for Rogue's SAP
Yellow Star: This is the third to kill, also assigned for Pet off-tanking
Purple Diamond: This is the fourth to kill, also assigned for banish
Orange Circle (aka the nipple): This is the fifth to kill, assigned for 2nd hunter trapping
Blue Square: This is the 6th to kill, assigned to the 1st hunter trapping
Moon: This is the last to kill, assigned to sheep
Things to know for marking:
1. Kill casters first in this ranking type: Fearing Caster, Healer Caster, Mind Controlling Caster and DPS Caster
2. Do not assign ranged shooters/casters for hunter trapping. If you do, tell the hunter to move to the assigned target to trap them.

Guild Bank Tab1:
This tab is for TRADE ITEMS (White colored item names), example: Bandages, Recipes, Leatherworking items, Quest items, Potions, common JC gems, Minerals
As they are mundane everyday items, the following rank can withdraw from them as follows: (besides officers of course)
Dragoons and Chevalier: 1 item stack / day
Skyraiders: 2 item stacks / day
Veteran Dragoons: 3 item stacks / day
You can just take them, no need to ask officers, etc. Please do not abuse it by taking it and then selling it if you do not use them. We are all adults here
Guild Bank Tab2:
This tab is for ARMOR/WEAPON or otherwise other finished goods items (Bags, JC results, etc) and blue gems
The following people can withdraw these items as follows: (besides officers)
Skyraider: 1 item stack / day
Veteran Dragoons: 3 item stacks / day
Please ask the officers and/or the above ranked people if you need something from tab 2
There will be weekly cleaning done by the officers to make room for fresh donations, the items "cleaned" will either be disenchanted or sold to vendors and the cash put into the guild bank. This is more for Tab2 as trade items will have more rotations and uses.
PLEASE USE THE ITEMS IF YOU CAN! They are given in generosity to help out the guild and should be used as such.
Cheers,
Steiner
The points for the game:
1. Regular hide and seek game, you find "Thoraddin"
2. First person to find Thor will get 50gold as prize
3. There will be two rounds of the game
4. Thor will periodically give hints to what he sees from his hiding spot (he is not going to move around)
5. You cannot use mounts to go faster or shapeshift if you are a druid to make it equal to everyone, honor system here guys.
See you then!
Steiner
ps. thanks to our donators for the event!

Hi guys and gals!
There has been a big change in the guild lately where Darnte wished to resign as our leader due to his own reasons and I have been passed the mantle by him and the other officers. It's not a task that I want to bear by myself and I would like to ask for your help in making the guild as much fun as it is. Please share us your ideas and dont be afraid to ask for help while in the game. Being a Dragoon has been a very good experience for me due to all of us, the (rather insane) members! Yaay!
Anyway see you in the game and dont be a stranger, we wont bite you!
Cheers,
Steiner/Thor/Cyranei/etc/etc/etc
Greetings everyone,
Burning Dragoons has made its maiden trip into the place everyone has been talking about, Karazhan. While no bosses were downed, it was still a thrilling experience for all involved to enter Kara for some sightseeing and a taste of the mobs. Rest assured that we will sort out all the team mechanics and will one day clear the whole of Kara. In addition, we will do our best to accomodate all the level 70s and rotate those who wish to raid on a weekly basis.
One final note, do not make the same mistake as me and be careful when choosing the quest after you hit honoured with The Violet Eye, it cannot be reversed until you hit exalted, according to the GM I asked. Hey, even geniuses have their off days also, ![]()

Dragoons,
Just a note to let you know that there will be some changes taking place on the website in the near future. This will be a trial and error phase to get things correct in terms of information and also, possibly some changes in the layout and themes.
Changes will be made primarily by Belliarah so if you see mistakes in the literature or areas that aren't clear or have a suggestion/opinion regarding the changes please feel free to send Bell (Hilton) or myself an email.
Regards
Darnte
Hey Guildies,
I've noticed a serious lack of new Recruits in our ranks. Whilst we do have a great guild and we're all progressing nicely, I urge to be on the lookout for new players. Especially those that you have played with and believe would be an asset to the Dragoons.
One proviser, no players with silly characters (extended ascii characters) in their name. This question came up last night. Basically if you can't see it on your keyboard then they aren't allowed!
So please keep on the lookout for new people who fit our philosophy here.
Darnte
Dragoons,
There will be a new registration process beginning soon that will, hopefully, streamline the process and make things a little less confusing. It will also help the guild flush out those unwanted elements that are a downer for the rest of us.
For those that are already registered this change won’t affect you. This will be a new registration/application process purely for new candidates.
I will keep you posted.
Darnte
P.S. ***Please do not send any more items to the current banks*** Please see the forum for more details
